Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for driving sales growth. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with existing customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and growing sales revenue
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A higher education level (HBO/WO) and commercial experience in the B2B sector
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
