Job Overview

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead the Risk and Business Assurance (RBA) Center of Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of integrated risk management programs, projects, and supporting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project lead and PMO teams, ensuring availability and assignment of resources.
  • Collaborate with the portfolio management team to develop risk management capabilities and manage resources.
  • Design and evaluate program/project planning based on timing, resources, and dependencies.
  • Lead the execution of portfolios and monitor project health and performance.
  • Act as a sparring partner/advisor to the RBA Leadership Team, Project Managers, Project Leaders, and Program Managers.
  • Drive decision-making based on key program/project information and evaluate the risk nature of projects.
  • Deliver periodic reporting on project status and progress to portfolio management, leadership, and relevant governance boards.
  • Monitor governance structure to evaluate, authorize, and monitor projects and programs.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Information Management or IT Management, Cyber Security, or equivalent level achieved by work experience.
  • 15+ years' experience leading large projects/programs in a technological complex organization.
  • Solid project and program management expertise, able to lead and coach project and program managers effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, approachable, and flexible.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build solid relationships and establish trust at different levels.
  • An excellent command of the English language is a must, Dutch language is preferred.
