About the Role
A.S. Watson Benelux is seeking a highly skilled Technical Application Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Group IT Europe Store Technology department, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding software and hardware solutions for our online and offline stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our AS Watson Store Operational Platform, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems and timely delivery of new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions, driving business growth and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to functional managers, ensuring successful implementation of NCR R10 Transactional Platform.
- Work closely with our Group IT Asia Store Technology team and Global IT development team in China, sharing best practices and driving innovation.
- Configure and test system adjustments independently, ensuring high-quality results.
- Develop clear and concise knowledge transfer documents for local IT teams, facilitating smooth communication and knowledge sharing across the organization.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in application development or management in a fast-paced and dynamic retail organization.
- Excellent analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
