We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our global Learning and Development (L&D) team as an HR Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our global training activities, developing engaging content, and collaborating with our team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the coordination of global training activities, including sending out invitations, arranging locations, and managing logistics.
  • Develop and implement engaging content for our social media channels and internal communications.
  • Assist in the development of e-learning modules, video and photo shoots, and script writing.
  • Design and create professional PowerPoint presentations for team use.
  • Collaborate with our global team to drive business growth and achieve our goals.
Requirements:
  • Currently studying towards a degree related to HR, Marketing, or Business/Retail.
  • Available for a minimum of 4 days a week from September.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably one other language.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and basic Excel skills.
  • Proactive and self-aware, with a 'get things done' mentality.
