Be the Face of Hunkemöller's Employer Branding

As a highly motivated and creative individual, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Employer Branding strategy across social media channels. Your passion for social media and content creation will shine through in your work, making you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Employer Branding strategy for Hunkemöller's social media channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that showcases our brand's personality and values
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions
  • Support the recruitment team in promoting our Best Internship in Retail program
Requirements:
  • 3rd or 4th year student of a Retail/HR/Marketing related study, within your Bachelors (HBO) or Masters studies
  • Excellent English skills, with one additional language from one of our key markets a plus
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
