Job Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on and innovative Mechatronics Engineer to contribute to the development and optimization of our revolutionary printing equipment. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in integrating mechanical, electronic, and control systems to ensure seamless operation of our LIFT technology. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly evolving field with the potential to reshape industries such as electronics, biotechnology, and microfabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Approach: Take a hands-on approach to prototype assembly, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation of mechatronic systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Mechanical Engineers, Software Engineers, and Researchers, to achieve seamless integration of mechatronic components.
- Control System Design: Contribute to the design and implementation of control systems, ensuring precision and reliability in the printing process.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems to create a cohesive and efficient printing equipment system.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of mechatronic systems, ensuring they meet quality and performance requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in mechatronic systems and implement enhancements to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, assembly instructions, and technical reports.
Qualifications:
We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in mechatronic system design and integration, preferably in the printing or precision equipment industry, is essential. A hands-on mentality, proficiency in control system design and implementation, and strong problem-solving skills are also required. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, are highly valued.
