Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Cosmetic Industry Sales Professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs by executing promotional and event calendars at store level.
  • Discuss sales goal achievement with store managers on a regular basis, empowering them to increase their business through at-counter events and scheduled appointments.
  • Take part in all major event set-ups and executions.
  • Send weekly KPI reports to management.

Merchandising:

  • Monitor cleanliness, counter stock, and display units.
  • Ensure fixtures and testers are clean and visually appealing.
  • Communicate any location changes immediately to management.
  • Monitor tester replenishment.

Communication:

  • Regularly communicate with management via weekly status calls or emails.
  • Send personal weekly sales reports to review and add additional strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Alert management of out-of-stocks as they occur.
  • Inform the store team of seasonal activities well in advance to ensure proper setup and preparation.
  • Cooperate with monthly reporting, action plans, and key information on goals to management.

Qualifications:

  • Sales and results-driven with confidence in handling figures.
  • Professional knowledge of Douglas structure, makeup business, and KPIs for the market.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Passion for the beauty industry (2-3 years of experience preferred).
  • Makeup artistry background and retail operational experience in the field.

  • A competitive salary range of €35,000 - €50,000 per year.
