About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our DACH region. As a key member of our European sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the DACH region, aligning with our company's overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the DACH market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Fluency in German and English, with a strong understanding of the local business culture.
