Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge in the plant-based food market?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at BENEO, a leading international company in the production of naturally-sourced ingredients for humans and animals.
About the RoleAs a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and translating sales strategies into action plans for your specific countries and categories. You will work closely with our European sales team to ensure that qualitative and quantitative targets are met.
You will be the primary contact for Meatless in your respective countries and categories for all issues, including logistics, invoicing, and payment terms.
Key Responsibilities- Build up and translate sales strategy into an aligned action plan for your specific countries and categories.
- Attract, motivate, evaluate, and develop yourself to create an innovative and conceptual environment.
- Manage Country Activities to ensure that qualitative and quantitative targets are met.
- Achieve Sales Targets by monitoring sales results and taking action as needed.
- Identify and Capitalize on Sales Opportunities by executing price negotiations and establishing local relationships.
- Follow Up on Projects by managing local projects and requesting resources.
- Analyze and Report Data to provide management with accurate and timely information.
- Monitor Market Trends by gathering and communicating information on competitors, consumers, economic conditions, market share, etc.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills. You should have a Bachelor/Master Degree and at least 3 years' experience in a similar position.
You should also have a track record of building a market or product portfolio, experienced in the meat, fish, or dairy market, and be able to handle/create-extend large concept sales volumes by hunting and farming afterwards.
Residing in the UK is a must.
