Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Guest Service Manager to join our team at The Hoxton, Lloyd Amsterdam. As a key member of our Front Office team, you'll be responsible for providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated.
You'll lead and inspire our receptionists to create a memorable, effortless Hox experience for our guests, from arrival to departure. You'll contribute to our success as a business by managing overbooking levels, working with the team to ensure a full and happy house, and making sure everything runs smoothly and looks sharp.
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, have a positive impact on the people they interact with, and are up for doing things differently. If you're familiar with Opera or similar front desk operating systems and understand GDS, that's a big advantage.
