Job Title: Guest Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Specialist to join our team at Anantara. As a key member of our Guest Relations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Relations team to exceed guest expectations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all guest requests and feedback, using this information to improve our services and amenities.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures, ensuring that all guests receive accurate and helpful information.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing situations.
