Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact power/renewable energy users in the Netherlands and Germany to assess their potential benefits from our trading and forecasting infrastructure.
- Structure terms and conditions in collaboration with analytical teams and the portfolio manager.
- Negotiate and conclude tailored contracts to achieve volume and margin targets within a lean organization setting.
- Research and identify market opportunities and threats in a rapidly changing environment.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to share insights and develop business opportunities.
- Proactively prioritize competing business demands to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with German being a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the European power sector.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, with a good academic record.
- Ability to analyze complexity and make informed business decisions.
- Basic experience with origination and structured deals.
- Commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
