Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with power and renewable energy users in the Netherlands and Germany to assess their potential for our trading and forecasting infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with analytical teams and the portfolio manager to structure terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate and conclude tailored contracts to achieve volume and margin targets within a lean organization setting.
  • Research and identify market opportunities and threats in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Work with a diverse team to share insights and develop business opportunities.
  • Prioritize competing business demands to maximize efficiency and return on investment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with German being a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the European power sector.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, with a strong academic record.
  • Ability to analyze complexity and make informed business decisions.
  • Basic experience with origination and structured deals.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
