As an IT Support Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics F&CM at Royal Reesink, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our Microsoft Dynamics F&CM solutions to support our global business operations.

About the Role:

You will provide second-line support for the Microsoft Dynamics F&CM, following Royal Reesink's guidelines. This includes collaborating with First-Line Support, Solution Owners, Domain Leads, and PowerBI specialists to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, escalating if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide user training on Microsoft Dynamics F&CM functionalities and offer guidance.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support processes and improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.

Requirements:

  • IT-related education at MBO level.
  • Experience and interest in the Microsoft Dynamics F&CM and Microsoft Office M365 products.
  • Willingness to specialize in Microsoft Dynamics F&CM and pursue relevant certifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective task prioritization skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented team player.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
