Job Mission

As an HR Business Partner at ASML, you will play a key role in driving business success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to employees and management. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality HR services, including performance management, employee development, succession planning, and compensation. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related challenges, and develop solutions that align with the company's global HR priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and management
  • Drive the HR year cycle, including performance management, employee development, and succession planning
  • Contribute to the development of global HR priorities, focusing on leadership development, organizational change, and talent management
  • Represent HR in various projects and initiatives, ensuring the needs of the business are met
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in HRM or a related field
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR, with a proven track record of success as a business partner
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
