Job Mission

As an HR Business Partner at ASML, you will play a key role in driving business success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to employees and management. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality HR services, including performance management, employee development, succession planning, and compensation. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related challenges, and develop solutions that align with the company's global HR priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the yearly HR cycle, ensuring timely and effective implementation of HR initiatives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees, promoting leadership development and high-performing teams
  • Assist in change initiatives, enhancing management and team development
  • Design and deliver training programs, including sector-specific academies
  • Advise on compensation and benefits, recruitment, and talent pipeline development
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans, addressing organization, people, and change-related issues
Requirements

You will need a Bachelor or Master's degree in HRM or organizational/business studies, with 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR. You must have a strong understanding of Dutch labor legislation and excellent international communication skills. Fluency in English is a must.
