Background Information

The Human Resource & Organization (HR&O) department at ASML supports the business and its strategy as an ambassador of the management vision on "people are the key asset of ASML". The HR&O department is responsible for various activities, including HR Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Development & Learning, International Mobility, and more. A part of the HR&O department is HR&O for the Business Line EUV, which consists of 5 HR Business Partners working in Veldhoven.

Your Assignment

You will be a member of our HR EUV Team, operating directly with the business and providing holistic end-to-end solutions. Your assignment includes:

  • Providing operational support to the HR Business Partners, line management, and employees.
  • Ensuring the HR Year calendar (talent & performance management, succession planning) is executed in a timely and quality way.
  • Supporting in HR and/or business projects, for example, about diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, or leadership development.
  • All other daily activities in the field of HR that support and add value to the business.
Your Profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

  • Are a bachelor or master student with a background in Human Resources, Organization Studies, Business Administration, or another related study area.
  • Are an excellent international communicator and have well-developed analytical skills in combination with a very pragmatic and result-driven approach.
  • Are a team player and not afraid to step out of your comfort zone.
