Job Mission

Our EUV-BL D&E Business Optimization & Strategy (BOAS) team supports the D&E business line staff (NXE & EXE) in various operational and strategic initiatives.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Optimization & Strategy Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and improving business optimizations and strategic initiatives within the EUV-BL D&E business line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing and improving business optimizations and strategic initiatives
  • Driving tangible results with a strong focus on continuous improvements
  • Pro-actively connecting with stakeholders relevant to your domain/topic
  • Effective and transparent communication that conveys a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

  • Competence growth of our BOAS team, sharing learnings, insights, building competences strengthening our team

Requirements

  • Excellent communicator, being able to influence without hierarchical power, and creative in managing a large and diverse range of stakeholders
  • Ability to guide, coach and advise at all organizational levels to effect sustainable change and improving the project and process maturity level of the organization
  • Team player, enjoys working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with the ability to work independently
  • Takes ownership, gets things done and pro-actively drives for improvement
  • Maintains personal effectiveness and people focus under pressure, high speed of change and uncertainty

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other relevant fields
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related fields, practical experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment
  • Experience with implementation of change and improvement projects
  • Experience in an Agile/SAFe environment
  • Experience in leading a (project) team and individual people

Context of the Position

The role is positioned within ASML EUV-BL D&E Business Optimization & Strategy team (BOAS). We are positioned with direct report to Menno Fien (BL-EXE-VP) and dotted line to Jan Freark Hoogkamp (BL-NXE-VP). Both represent D&E at the EUV business line. As new BOAS team member you will have 4 colleagues.

Other Information

This is a full-time position (40 hours). Working part-time is negotiable as long as you're available for at least 32 hours.
