About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Optimization & Strategy professional to join our EUV-BL D&E team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business optimization and strategic initiatives to support the EUV Development & Engineering business line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and improve business optimizations and/or strategic initiatives, working closely with the BL-VPs and other stakeholders.
  • Drive tangible results through strong focus on continuous improvements, contributing to one or more strategic initiatives within the EUV cluster.
  • Proactively connect with stakeholders relevant to your domain/topic, anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple (senior) stakeholders.
  • Effectively and transparently communicate, conveying a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Collaborate between individuals and groups, building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Plan and align your work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the growth of our BOAS team, sharing learnings, insights, and building competences to strengthen our team.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without hierarchical power.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related fields, with practical experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Experience with implementation of change and improvement projects.
  • Experience in an Agile/SAFe environment.
  • Experience in leading a (project) team and individual people.
