Job Mission

Our EUV-BL D&E Business Optimization & Strategy (BOAS) team is responsible for supporting the D&E business line staff (NXE & EXE) in operational business optimization and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and improve business optimizations and/or strategic initiatives, focusing on specific domains/topics such as financial management, organizational structure, and reporting.
  • Drive tangible results through continuous improvements, working closely with stakeholders to anticipate and balance their needs.
  • Proactively connect with relevant stakeholders, effectively communicating clear understanding of unique needs and collaborating to meet shared objectives.
  • Plan and align work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals, prioritizing tasks to ensure effective execution.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the BOAS team, sharing learnings and insights to strengthen the team's competences.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to guide, coach, and advise at all organizational levels.
  • Team player with ability to work independently, taking ownership and driving for improvement.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related fields, with practical experience in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Experience with implementation of change and improvement projects, as well as experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
  • Leadership experience, including leading project teams and individual people.
Context of the Position

The role is positioned within the ASML EUV-BL D&E Business Optimization & Strategy team (BOAS), with direct report to Menno Fien (BL-EXE-VP) and dotted line to Jan Freark Hoogkamp (BL-NXE-VP).

Other Information

This is a full-time position (40 hours), with negotiable part-time options as long as you're available for at least 32 hours. ASML offers a stimulating and inspiring environment, opportunities for development, and a chance to be part of progress.
