HR Business Partner Internship: Supporting the EUV Business Line

Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner Intern to join our EUV Business Line team. As an HR Business Partner Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR Business Partners and support them in their daily business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support to the HR Business Partners, line management, and employees.
  • Ensure the timely and quality execution of the HR Year calendar, including talent and performance management, succession planning.
  • Support HR and business projects, such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and leadership development.
  • Perform other daily HR activities that support and add value to the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or master student in Human Resources, Organization Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent international communication skills and analytical skills, combined with a pragmatic and result-driven approach.
  • Team player with a willingness to step out of your comfort zone.
