Your Role

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team in Veldhoven and Eindhoven. You will coach and guide our managers and have a role as a proactive business partner in the TRUMPF EUV Management Team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support our managers according to our organizational structure and design.
  • Proactively train line management on all legal aspects, their role in regards to absenteeism and the overall employee experience.
  • Interface with all levels of the organization.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources.
  • Proven ability to motivate and coach leaders.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a technical, international environment.
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Dutch on a professional level.

This role is both hands-on and strategic and provides expertise in the areas of performance management, change management, compensation, strategic employee retention, people management, conflict management, internationalization and ad hoc projects when necessary.
