About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Consultant to join our team at In Domo. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client-Focused Business Solutions
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and develop strategic marketing plans to drive business growth.
    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate consumer insights, data, and digital tools.
    • Ensure marketing efforts align with broader business objectives and deliver a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Marketing Transformation Leadership
    • Drive tangible marketing transformation by leveraging expertise in marketing strategy, data-driven decision-making, and digital marketing.
    • Integrate key marketing functions to create a cohesive, consumer-centric strategy.
    • Lead the digital transformation journey for clients, recommending and implementing the latest marketing automation technologies.
  • Business Growth & Client Profitability
    • Take ownership of client accounts and drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track marketing initiative success.
    • Present results and strategic recommendations to clients to foster long-term relationships.
Requirements

For this role, we are seeking a candidate with:

  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in business consulting, marketing strategy, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge in one or more marketing areas, such as marketing strategy and planning, performance marketing, or digital strategy.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics, consumer insights, and marketing automation tools to inform decision-making.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
