Introduction

Are you a student in the field of Finance or Business Economics looking to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic and international environment? ASML, a global industry leader in the production of complex lithography machines, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join its Financial Services department.

Background Information

The Financial Services department at ASML is responsible for ensuring effective finance process execution and delivering the right financial data to support decision making. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, collaborating with experts in the field and contributing to the company's financial performance.

Your Assignment

As a Financial Services intern, you will be responsible for ensuring proper and timely execution of related accounting and maintaining and analyzing related balance sheets. You will also have the opportunity to execute and improve our internal control framework and SOX controls for the applicable processes, identify and support improvement initiatives in the respective area of accounting and processes, and collaborate with other colleagues for the worldwide consolidated and local statutory audits.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate for this internship, you should have a bachelor or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Economics, have an affinity with internal controls, data analytics, and continuous monitoring, have experience with reporting tools, be eager to learn, ambitious, and willing to go the extra mile, and be fluent in English.

What We Offer

As an intern at ASML, you will gain valuable experience in a highly innovative environment, work with a dynamic team, and have the opportunity to contribute to the company's financial performance. You will also receive a monthly internship allowance of maximum €600, a possible housing allowance, and free public transport.
