Background Information

The Human Resources department at ASML is responsible for developing and implementing all HR-related activities, including Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Development & Learning, and Information and Process Control. As an intern, you will be part of the HR team supporting the QBP cluster, which comprises approximately 350 employees.

Your Assignment

You will be a member of the HR team in Performance & Integration, working alongside your colleagues on tasks such as:

  • Development & learning;
  • Compensation & benefits;
  • Organizational development & performance;
  • Well-being, diversity & inclusion.

You will also have the opportunity to be a first point of contact for employees and assist them under the supervision of your mentor.

Your Profile

To be a good fit for this internship, you should:

  • Be a student in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field;
  • Be a team player and a self-starter, driven and enthusiastic;
  • Have an open communication style;
  • Be proficient in English, both written and verbally.
Internship Details

This is a bachelor or master-level internship, lasting 6 months, with a minimum of 2 days on-site per week. The start date is as soon as possible.
