Introduction

Are you a student in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field looking to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and innovative company? ASML, a leading supplier of semiconductor equipment, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our HR team as an intern.

Background Information

The Human Resources department at ASML is responsible for the development and implementation of all HR-related activities, including resources, compensation and benefits, organizational development, development and learning, and information and process control. As an intern, you will be part of the HR team supporting the QBP cluster within D&E, which entails approximately 350 employees.

Your Assignment

You will be a member of our HR team of Performance and Integration, operating in one of the most dynamic parts of ASML. Your tasks will include:

  • Development and learning;
  • Compensation and benefits;
  • Organizational development and performance;
  • Well-being, diversity, and inclusion.

You will also have the opportunity to be a first point of contact for employees and assist them under the supervision of your mentor.

Your Profile

To be a match for this internship, you:

  • Are a student in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field;
  • Are a team player and a self-starter, driven and enthusiastic;
  • Have an open communication style;
  • Are proficient in English, both written and verbally.

This is a bachelor or master-level internship, for 3-5 days a week (2 days on-site) with a minimum duration of 6 months. The start date is as soon as possible.
