Introduction

ASML is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects related to Employee Wellbeing & Diversity, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics.

Background Information

Our HR team supports the Customer Support (CS) department, which is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. We are looking for an intern who can help us create an inclusive culture where leaders coach, people learn & develop, teams collaborate, and well-being & health is a priority.

Your Assignment

As an HR Intern, you will be working on projects that focus on ESG sustainability, providing the best possible employee experience, and enabling our employees & leaders to bring the best out themselves & others. Some tasks will include:

  • Organizing sessions to promote focus areas
  • Providing operational support to the HR Business Partners, line management, and employees
  • Reporting on HR workforce analytics
  • Preparing the monthly HR newsletter for the business
  • Joining business meetings on HR topics
Your Profile

To be a successful HR Intern, you should have:

  • A bachelor/HBO or master student in Human Resources or related
  • A great affinity with well-being, diversity & inclusion, people development, and organizational savvy
  • A self-starter, driven, enthusiastic, with an open communication style
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Great communication skills in English, both written and verbally
