We are looking for an all-round intern to join our young and dynamic team at Design Hotel Maastricht. As an intern, you will be the first contact for our guests and the face of the hotel. You will be responsible for providing excellent service, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

What You Will Be Doing

As an all-round intern, you will be assigned to various tasks to learn as much as possible. You will be coached throughout your internship and will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent service to our guests, including answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues
  • Assisting with guest check-in and check-out, including handling room assignments and key cards
  • Helping with food and beverage service, including serving coffee and cleaning tables
  • Assisting with housekeeping, including cleaning rooms and taking care of guest belongings
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new ideas and initiatives
