About the Role

ASML is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the next phase of our safety culture and training program. As a Safety Culture and Training Project Leader, you will play a critical role in driving the roll-out of our safety culture maturity roadmap and ensuring the successful implementation of our safety training program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and roll-out of the next phase of the CS Safety Culture Maturity & Training program
  • Drive the roll-out of the safety culture program to all worldwide CS operations
  • Mature existing program elements, including the Safety Ambassadors and Safety Leadership Program
  • Manage the CS safety training program and review periodically for updates
  • Develop and roll-out global communications, safety campaign, and engagement plan
  • Act as a roll-out champion for the next phase of the programs, including train-the-trainer sessions in different CS regions
  • Co-own the department communication tools, including Intranet and SharePoint
  • Measure and monitor project progress and project impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in safety management or a comparable field with a focus on people, behavior, and culture
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a training or safety culture change management role, preferably in a global company in a high-tech industrial or similar environment
  • Demonstrable experience with safety training programs
  • Demonstrable experience with safety culture maturation and influencing safety behavior
  • Change management, communication, and trainer skills
  • Experience in project management
