Clinical Operations Program Lead Hematology/Oncology Specialist

Job Title: Clinical Operations Program Lead Hematology/OncologyWe're seeking a seasoned Clinical Operations Program Lead to join our team in Leiden, the Netherlands, or Mechelen, Belgium. As a key member of our Clinical Development Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic clinical operations expertise and input into clinical development plans and activities for multiple hematology/oncology indications.
Key Responsibilities:- Define clinical operations strategy, including assessment of required studies, their design, timelines, and budget, as well as risk assessment and mitigation.
- Acquire competitive intelligence to inform clinical operations strategies.
- Collaborate with the Site Strategy team to develop high-level recruitment plans and propose vendors needed for operational execution.
- Oversee clinical program-level operational delivery, ensuring time, budget, and quality are met.
- Communicate program decisions and strategy to the Clinical Study Leader and ensure clinical operations functional plan alignment with the Clinical Development Plan.
- Proven experience in clinical operations, with a focus on hematology and oncology.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
