At Trinamics, we are seeking a talented Design and Development Professional to join our team. As a Design and Development Professional, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and servicing of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems for various logistics applications worldwide.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to design and develop innovative logistics solutions that meet customer requirements. You will perform complex engineering tasks and designs, manage small-scale technical projects, and translate customer requirements into complete system solutions.
You will also support systems engineering, including hazard analyses and FMEA, develop and refine design strategies, and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges. Your responsibilities will also include creating work instructions and test procedures, preparing reports, and presenting findings to management and clients.
Additionally, you will evaluate suppliers for product and service suitability, and be willing to work outside regular hours when needed. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
Qualification
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, with 0-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering. You should possess strong communication and organizational skills, experience with engineering software such as SolidWorks and Matlab, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, good technical writing skills, and hands-on skills for assembling mechanical components.
