Voor Janssen Kerres Automotive B.V. zijn wij op zoek naar een Sales Support Medewerker. Wij zoeken iemand die net zo gepassioneerd is over voertuigen als wij. In onze organisatie zijn we actief in de verkoop, onderhoud en reparatie van zowel personenauto's als bedrijfswagens.

Over de functie

Als Sales Support Medewerker werk je nauw samen met de verkoopteams. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling van verkooptransacties van zowel nieuwe als gebruikte voertuigen. Je onderhoudt ook regelmatig contact met onze leveranciers.

Dit ga je doen

  • Je plaatst bestellingen voor nieuwe voertuigen bij de leveranciers.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de verkoopteams goed geïnformeerd zijn over voorraden, levertijden, specificaties en kleuren van nieuwe voertuigen.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de voorraad en het beheer van de voertuigen, inclusief de demovloot.
  • Je zorgt voor een actuele en correcte verkoopadministratie, van verkooptransacties tot de juiste prijsstelling en facturatie.
  • Je hebt regelmatig contact met leveranciers en andere dealers.

Dit vragen wij van jou

  • Je hebt een mbo-opleiding niveau 4 afgerond, bij voorkeur in de richting van Administratie of Bedrijfsadministratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt ervaring met verschillende administratieve systemen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de automotive sector.
  • Je kunt klanten professioneel te woord staan en foutloze e-mails opstellen in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week, zowel parttime als fulltime mogelijkheden zijn bespreekbaar.
