About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sustainability Specialist to join our team at BearingPoint. As a key member of our sustainability practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals and develop innovative solutions to address complex environmental and social challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex sustainability projects, including strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their sustainability needs and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives that drive business value and improve environmental and social performance.
  • Provide thought leadership on sustainability trends and best practices, and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality projects and services to our clients.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as sustainability, environmental science, or business.
  • Proven track record of success in sustainability consulting or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch a plus.
