About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Programming Manager to join our team at Genmab. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a crucial role in crafting our data narrative and turning information into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • In-House Analytics Specialist: Develop and maintain high-quality analysis datasets, tables, figures, and listings using your programming expertise.
  • Quality Sentinel: Conduct thorough Quality Control (QC) on SAS-code crafted by your colleagues, ensuring our commitment to excellence.
  • Submission Strategist: Ensure our programming packages align with the latest electronic submission standards and guidelines, supporting our regulatory submissions.
  • Dashboard Developer Advisor: Provide valuable insights on data structure and organization to our GenSense Dashboard developers, enhancing the effectiveness of our internal tools.
  • Process Optimizer: Continuously improve our programming processes, standards, and templates, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all our operations.
  • Knowledge Beacon: Serve as a specialist within the team, offering guidance and training on new technologies and challenges.
Requirements
  • Educational Excellence: A Bachelor's degree in Science or an equivalent qualification, coupled with comprehensive training in SAS/ Python or R.
  • Experience Champion: At least 5 years of experience in a relevant technical area, ideally within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Independent Manager: Demonstrated ability to lead programming needs with a high degree of independence.
  • Expertise: Significant experience in using the SAS software package and ADaM database standards.
  • Leadership Prowess: Experience in leading or mentoring programming teams is highly desirable.
