About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programming Manager to join our team at Genmab. As a key member of our data management team, you will play a critical role in advancing our biotechnological research by crafting actionable insights from data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of high-quality analysis datasets, tables, figures, and listings, ensuring their accuracy and quality.
  • Perform thorough Quality Control (QC) on SAS-code crafted by colleagues, maintaining our commitment to excellence.
  • Ensure programming packages align with the latest electronic submission standards and guidelines, supporting our regulatory submissions.
  • Provide valuable insights on data structure and organization to the GenSense Dashboard developers, enhancing the effectiveness of our internal tools.
  • Continuously improve our programming processes, standards, and templates, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all our operations.
  • Serve as a specialist within the team, offering guidance and training on new technologies and challenges.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Science or an equivalent qualification, coupled with comprehensive training in SAS/ Python or R.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant technical area, ideally within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programming needs with a high degree of independence.
  • Significant experience in using the SAS software package and ADaM database standards.
  • Experience in leading or mentoring programming teams is highly desirable.
