Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess guest needs and offer tailored assistance.
  • Share local insights and experiences with guests.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
  • Manage various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, throughout the week.
  • Facilitate seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle incoming communications from guests via phone and email.
  • Ensure all reservations are accurately prepared for guest arrivals.
  • Enhance guest experiences by recognizing special occasions and loyalty.
  • Maintain communication with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to guest relations and payments.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and revenue enhancement.
  • Monitor hotel entrances and ensure security protocols are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel environment (internship or hotel school).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Familiarity with OnQ PMS or similar systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and hidden gems is advantageous.
  • Passion for teamwork and guest engagement.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
