About the Role:

Cycas Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Agent to join our team at MOTTO by Hilton. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments and handle guest transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including housekeeping and technical services, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Upsell and promote hotel services and amenities to increase revenue.
  • Monitor and maintain the hotel's entrance and security.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management systems, including OnQ PMS.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
