Job Title: Front-End React Team Lead

About the Job:

As a Front-End React Team Lead at Coolblue, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled developers in delivering high-quality software solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively, and that the software meets the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of Front-End React developers in delivering software solutions
* Ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure that software meets the required standards
* Review code and promote best practices
* Coach team members and provide continuous feedback

Requirements:

* Over 5 years of experience with React and/or Vanilla JavaScript
* Over 2 years of experience with giving feedback, motivating and coaching developers
* Scrum/Agile experience
* Experience with HTML and CSS/SCSS
* Experience in a Back-End language such as C# is a bonus
