About the Role:
As an HRIS Functional Application Specialist at GXO Logistics, Inc., you will play a crucial role in configuring and managing various HR systems. Your primary responsibility will be to identify the needs of management and HR colleagues, translating these needs into effective (automation) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuring and managing various HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation.
- Identifying and addressing the needs of management and HR colleagues, developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Leading (automation) projects, coordinating contacts with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project implementation.
- Managing HR applications functionally, handling day-to-day management and further developing new functionalities.
- Supporting key users of applications, answering support questions, and contributing to the development of HR policy topics.
Requirements:
- HBO working and thinking level with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong skills in Excel and experience with Visma, Protime, PowerBI, and/or SD Worx.
- Meticulous work ethic, performing well under pressure, and flexibility.
- Perfect command of English and Dutch on at least level B1.
