Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented trainee to join our team at Sazanka Restaurant, a Japanese Teppanyaki Restaurant. As a trainee, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, advising and guiding them, and providing a high-level service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Offering service to guests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining good knowledge of the menu and its offerings
- Carrying out mise en place activities in the restaurant and pantry to ensure seamless operations
- Conforming to reservations and ensuring timely service
- Providing excellent knowledge of coffee and tea to our guests
- Welcoming and guiding guests through their dining experience
Working Conditions
As a trainee, you will work in shifts throughout a 7-day workweek, with working time shifts from 12:00 to 24:00. You will work 5 days per week, 7.6 hours per day, and be available to work on public holidays. You will also have the opportunity to work on your thesis or school projects once a week.

Requirements
- Guest-oriented and detail-oriented
- Flexible with regards to work schedule
