We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager FS & Local QSR to join our team in the Benelux and Nordics region. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will allow you to capitalize on growth opportunities in the potato and appetizer categories.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and activating business opportunities in the Foodservice and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) market. You will work closely with our local commercial and central European Marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans that drive sales growth and customer engagement.

This is a full-time position based in the Netherlands, with regular travel required to meet with customers and partners. You will be part of a dynamic and international team that values teamwork, integrity, and commitment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that drive sales growth and customer engagement in the Foodservice and QSR market.
  • Work closely with our local commercial and central European Marketing team to identify and activate business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis and gain insights specific to the cluster, identifying and translating them into business opportunities.
  • Utilize market and customer insights to develop customer-specific value propositions for customers.
  • Deliver strategic win-win solutions through category management principles and LTO focus.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an FMCG company, preferably in the Food Service sector.
  • Strong marketing background, with expertise in developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, with fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital affinity with lead generation and social media.
  • Possess initiative and can work across boundaries, taking ownership of projects and tasks.
