Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Store Manager at our Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the overall success of our store.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, anticipating and satisfying customer needs, and boosting sales.
  • Team Management: Selecting, developing, and motivating a high-performing team, organizing rotas, managing vacations, and resolving conflicts.
  • Store Management: Maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment, controlling stock loss, and coordinating safety procedures.
  • POS Management: Supervising exchanges, refunds, and till operations, monitoring KPIs, and informing the team on sales goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Store Manager in a similar-sized store with comparable turnover.
  • High School Diploma or Technical Certificate.
  • Dutch, German, and English language proficiency.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about the fashion industry, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience.
