About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Change & Communications Consultant to join our team at LOGEX. As a key member of our Group Data and Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in driving change management and communication strategies for our large-scale transformational projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Design and maintain stakeholder mapping and communication strategies to engage key stakeholders.
  • Create and disseminate effective communication materials in various formats to relevant groups of stakeholders.
  • Maintain a knowledge center with up-to-date information for stakeholders.
  • Support the organization with workshops and events to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
  • Define and measure success metrics to assess organization readiness for change.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Change Management or Communication.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing communication agendas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
