About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Change & Communications Consultant to join our team at LOGEX. As a key member of our Group Data and Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in helping us turn data into better healthcare.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan for a large transformational project.
  • Design and maintain a stakeholder mapping and communication strategy to ensure effective engagement and information sharing.
  • Create and disseminate communication materials in various formats to relevant stakeholders, including workshops and events.
  • Support the organization in maintaining a knowledge center with up-to-date information for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to define success metrics and measure performance in organization readiness to change.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Change Management or Communication.
  • Proven experience in defining and executing communication agendas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with writing communication and video producing/editing.
  • Be a team player, hands-on, and proactive.
