About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving organizational and behavioral change across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support business initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess change impacts, develop stakeholder analysis, and create communication plans.
  • Provide strategic guidance on change management methodologies and tools to ensure effective implementation.
  • Measure and report on change sentiment and readiness, and adjust change management plans accordingly.
  • Partner with project managers to ensure change management is integrated into overall project plans and timelines.
  • Act as a coach for leaders to help them fulfill the role of change sponsor on projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in organizational change management, with a solid track record of successfully leading change management plans for global, complex programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple time zones and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and optimize solutions based on feedback, insights, and data.
  • Competent in dealing with ambiguity and possessing a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage change management efforts across multiple complex projects simultaneously.
