Human Resources Business Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our business units and shared services leadership teams. Your primary focus will be on providing people-forward, data-driven, and values-based support to our teams and leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Provide coaching and advisory services to leaders and employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver HR programs and services that meet the needs of our business.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and HRIS.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software tools.
