Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Puilaetco in Amsterdam. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's people capability and contributing to business objectives.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with business managers and teams to implement effective people strategies and activities. This will include overseeing wellness and health initiatives, evaluating staffing needs, and recruiting top talent. You will also contribute to enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, and delivering HR initiatives and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business managers and teams to implement effective people strategies and activities
  • Oversee wellness and health initiatives
  • Evaluate staffing needs and recruit top talent
  • Enhance staff performance and support employee development
  • Deliver HR initiatives and processes, including hiring and onboarding, succession planning, and talent management

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in Human Resources Management
  • Extensive experience in a HR Business Partner role or at least 10 years HR experience globally with a focus on recruitment and/or people development
  • General knowledge of Banking environment (incl. role, skillset, regulation)
  • Very good knowledge of the employee lifecycle delivery and understanding of the business goals
  • Up to date general knowledge of employment law, banking regulations
  • Experience working with Senior Management (Local and Cross border)
  • Experience in change management, organizational design & development, cultural change, and deep caring of the business workforce

  • Manage processes, risk, ensuring staff wellness and compliance regulations
  • Reporting on HR metrics
  • Project management experience with a good management of analytics is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Great proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Language Skills

  • Bilingual in Dutch and English. A third language is a plus (French, German)
