Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Puilaetco in Amsterdam. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's people capability and contributing to business objectives.

Your primary responsibility will be to partner with business managers and teams to implement effective people strategies and activities. This will involve overseeing wellness and health initiatives, evaluating staffing needs, and recruiting top talent. You will also contribute to enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, and delivering HR initiatives and processes.

Key areas of focus will include:

  • Hiring and onboarding
  • Succession planning and talent management
  • Organizational development and performance reviews
  • Employee lifecycle delivery and business goals

You will work closely with the HR team and HR Centres of Expertise to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and establish a trustful partnership with senior management. Your expertise and competencies will be essential in advising on people-related issues and contributing to the company's long-term goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in Human Resources Management
  • Extensive experience in a HR Business Partner role or at least 10 years HR experience globally with a focus on recruitment and/or people development
  • General knowledge of the banking environment, including role, skillset, and regulation
  • Very good knowledge of employee lifecycle delivery and understanding of business goals
  • Up-to-date general knowledge of employment law and banking regulations
  • Experience working with senior management, both locally and cross-border
  • Experience in change management, organizational design & development, cultural change, and deep caring of the business workforce

  • Reporting on HR metrics
  • Project management experience with good management of analytics is a plus

Technical Skills

You will need great proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Language Skills

Bilingual in Dutch and English. A third language is a plus (French, German).
