As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing our people strategy and providing strategic HR guidance to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with local leadership and the wider HR teams to understand and deliver the organization's goals and people strategy.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business with integrity and discretion.
* Work closely with people leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
* Actively champion Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Belonging.
* Partner with the HR Shared Service to resolving complex employee relations issues.
* Takes ownership for human resource strategy such as compensation and benefits, performance and talent management, reward and recognition, training, and development.
* Leads by example and with integrity while upholding the company values.

Requirements:

* EU citizen or valid work permit.
* Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent HR Management qualification.
* 5 years progressive human resources experience.
* Fluent Dutch and English skills both orally and written.
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Digitally literate and data driven.
* People focussed and client centric.
