Eastern Europe HR Business Partner

About the Role
The Senior HR Business Partner for Eastern Europe will partner with internal business stakeholders to help them achieve their objectives within the business strategy, providing strategic HR expertise and fostering a positive employee experience. As a champion of the company's values, you will lead by example and inspire others to do the same.
This role is part of the Business Unit Leadership team and reports to the Managing Director. You will join a rapidly expanding business within a truly international team, operating in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide professional leadership, support, and development to your leadership team to develop a high-performing team and deliver business unit objectives.
- Manage the execution of the HR Strategy, including talent development, employee engagement, learning and development, payroll, reward and recognition, and HR system management.
- Drive the continuous improvement agenda, focusing on engagement activities, maximizing productivity, empowering line managers in people management, and building leadership capability.
- Strengthen the company culture within the business unit every day.
- Regularly coach, mentor, and support senior and high-potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop effective relationships, and encourage retention.
- Ensure managers have the necessary skills and guidance to manage their teams effectively.
- Ensure the business unit complies with current regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in strategic planning, people management, and HR practices.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong communication skills, relationship building, and team player.
- Ability to coach and advise senior stakeholders.
- Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in dealing with different cultures, adaptability, and flexibility.
